Force Management Analyst
Description

Our Organization requires the services of a Force Management Analyst.

Responsibilities
  • Provides FM analytical expertise in the areas of Force Development, Force Design, Command Plan, and all Change Management Plans.
  • Analysis of emerging doctrine and plans, review of documents, and provides recommendations on capabilities, analysis of alternatives, and analytic support to FM processes from the generation of Doctrinal, Organizations, Training, Material, Leadership, Education, Personnel, & Facilities (DOTMLPF) requirements through force designs and in particular the development and fielding of material systems.
  • The PM must also have sufficient working knowledge to assist Army Reserve (AR) Force Managers to conduct analysis, and formulate the Army Reserve's strategy and position across all venues and in all forums where force management decisions are made.

 

Qualifications
  • The Force Management Analyst must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or related field of study.
  • Five (5) years’ experience and knowledge working with the methods used across the entire Army Reserve Force Management (FM) process.
  • The Force Management Analyst must have experience with Structure and Manpower Allocation System (SAMAS) extract files, Force File, S. Army Force Management Support Agency extract files, Reserve Component Management System (RCMS), Army Organization Server (AOS) and Force Structure Reporting (FSR) databases. Examples of experience include key force management positions held within in OCAR or USARC FM offices, the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) G3/5/7 FM, G8 FD or a major Army Command Staff.
